How do I browse classified ads?

To view and search for classified ads, go to the 'Connect' menu and select the 'Marketplace' option from the dropdown.

Are there any fees for posting a classified ad?

You must be an Ultimate or Business Plan member to add, edit, or delete classified ads. There are no additional fees or commissions beyond your membership.

How long will my ad remain posted?

Your classified ads will remain in the directory as long as you maintain an Ultimate or Business Plan membership, or until you manually remove them. If your membership expires or is canceled, all of your classified ads will be automatically and permanently deleted.

How can my business get featured in the directory?

As a Business Plan member, your business is automatically featured in our Spyder-Friendly Business Directory. To maximize your visibility, make sure your business profile is complete and regularly updated.

Members can search and filter the directory to find businesses that match their needs—so when someone’s looking for exactly what you offer, they’ll find you, along with all the important details about your services.

And don’t forget—you can also add business-related events to the calendar to further connect with the community and attract even more customers!

How do I follow other members on the forum?

To follow another member, visit their profile and click the 'Follow' button. You'll receive notifications about their activity from that point forward.

How can I see who is following me?

You can view your followers by going to your 'Member Profile' and selecting the 'My Forum Followers' option.

Can I remove a follower?

Yes, you can remove a follower by clicking on their profile from your followers list and selecting the 'Remove Follower' option. You also have the option to mute a follower if you prefer not to see their activity without removing them.of muting a follower.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. To make changes, visit your account settings and manage your subscription from there.

What do I get with a free membership vs. a paid membership?

How do I sign up for a membership plan?

To sign up, visit the 'Plans & Pricing' page, choose the plan from the dropdown that best suits your needs, and follow the registration and payment process.
