By accessing or using SpyderRidersHub.com ("SRH"), you agree to these Terms of Use & Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue all use immediately.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
SpyderRidersHub.com (“the Platform”) is a community hub for Can-Am Spyder/Ryker riders that provides:

Events & Ride Calendar

Member profiles & messaging
Paid membership plans
The Platform is for information, entertainment, community, and voluntary peer support only.
It does not provide professional mechanical services, emergency services, legal advice, or safety certifications.
MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS
By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Keep your login private. (No shared accounts.)
Not impersonate another person or business.
Comply with all posting and community rules.
Pay for any membership plan you subscribe to.
Understand that plan benefits may change over time.
Cancellations & Renewals
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation stops future renewals, not past charges.
Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Misuse of Membership
SRH may terminate or downgrade accounts for:
Abusive behavior
Fraud
Chargebacks
Safety violations
Harassment
Platform misuse
GENERAL POSTING RULES
When posting text, images, videos, or other content, you agree not to upload:
Illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content
Threats or dangerous behavior
SPAM or commercial promotions outside allowed areas
Copyrighted materials you do not own
Private information of others
Misinformation that could endanger safety
Malware or harmful code
SRH reserves the right to remove any content at any time.
CLUBS — DISCLAIMERS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clubs are community-run.
SRH is not responsible for:
On-ride injuries
Leadership decisions
Event organization
Ride safety
Misconduct of members
Navigation or route accuracy
All rides and events are at your own risk.
You must follow local laws, ride safely, and evaluate all conditions independently.
MARKETPLACE — DISCLAIMERS & RULES
The Marketplace is a classifieds board, not a transaction processor.
SRH does not:
Verify buyer or seller identity
Guarantee payment
Guarantee delivery
Guarantee item condition
Provide insurance
Resolve disputes
Conduct background checks
All Marketplace activity is buyer-beware and seller-beware.
Users agree not to sell illegal goods, unsafe items, or counterfeit products.
RIDERSOS — CRITICAL DISCLAIMER
RiderSOS is a voluntary, peer-to-peer help system.
SRH does NOT provide:
Emergency response
Roadside assistance
Verified mechanics
Background checks
Guarantees of safety
Any warranty or assurance of competence
RiderSOS is not an emergency dispatch system and must not be relied upon for emergency response. Users should immediately contact 911 or local emergency services during emergencies or dangerous situations.
When requesting or offering assistance:
You accept all risks.
You are responsible for your own safety.
SRH is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses.
COMMUNICATIONS & SMS ALERTS
By enabling RiderSOS SMS Alerts or other notification features, you consent to receive text messages and related communications from SpyderRidersHub.com regarding RiderSOS requests, account activity, safety notifications, and community-related services.
Message frequency varies depending on account activity and RiderSOS usage.
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by disabling SMS notifications within account settings.
Users may request assistance by replying HELP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase any paid membership plan. Certain SMS features may require an active SRH member account.
SRH is not responsible for delayed or undelivered carrier messages.
BUSINESS DIRECTORY
Businesses listed on the Platform:
Are not endorsed by SRH
May be unverified
Operate independently
Are responsible for their own accuracy
SRH does not resolve disputes between members and businesses.
SPYDERAID / AI FEATURES
AI responses are for general informational purposes only and cannot replace professional mechanical inspection, safety judgment, or certified maintenance.
You assume all risks if you follow any suggestions from AI tools.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
SRH is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages related to riding, events, mechanical advice, RAN interactions, or Marketplace transactions.
SRH is not responsible for user behavior on or off the Platform.
All use is at your own risk.
SRH provides the Platform as-is without warranty of any kind.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold SRH harmless from claims arising out of:
Your actions
Your posts
Marketplace transactions
Club participation
RAN participation
Event attendance
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes must first be submitted to SRH support. If unresolved:
Jurisdiction: State of Ohio, USA
Mediation or arbitration may be required
Users waive class-action rights
TERMINATION
SRH may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Rule violations
Fraudulent behavior
Abuse of community
Safety risks
Harassment
Illegal activities
Content may remain archived even after termination.
