Can I make my profile private?

Yes, you can adjust your privacy settings to control what information is visible to other members. Simply go to "My Profile" and select the privacy options that best suit your preferences. For your protection, some elements are set to private by default.

How do I add funds to My Wallet?

Adding Funds to Your Account

You cannot manually add funds to your account. Instead, your private payment methods are securely stored and automatically used for:

• Plan renewals and upgrades

• Merchandise purchases from our store

Note: Clicking on the item will remove it from your wish list. To keep it saved, be sure to click the red heart icon again.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, go to the members menu, select 'My Profile,' then choose 'Change Password' in the Login section and follow the prompts.

If you forget your password, click 'Forgot Password?' on the login screen. An email will be sent to your registered address with a link to reset your password.
